Shipping Policies and Order Tracking

Here at The Home Security Superstore, one of our top priorities is ensuring customers are as informed as possible about when their order is shipping, how it's shipping, and when it's going to arrive.

Our warehouse operates between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. What this means for you as a customer is that any orders placed after 4 PM will ship out the next day and any orders placed over the weekend will not ship until Monday.

NOTE: This applies to expedited orders as well, so overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipment orders will need to be placed accounting for the weekend and operations times. Additionally, shipping times are only based on business days and do not include the weekend. For example, if an overnight order is placed Friday before 4 PM, the expected delivery date would be Monday as weekend deliveries are not guaranteed and Monday would be the next business day.

When checking out, we offer a handful of shipping options (Free 2-7 days, 3-day, 2-day, and Overnight). Our free 2-7 day and 3-day shipping option go out via the US Postal Service unless it is over $100. Any orders over $100 are shipped out with FedEx. Our 2-day and Overnight shipping are both through FedEx.

NOTE: FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you are ordering expedited delivery or an item that is sent Signature Required, such as PepperBall items and TASER brand products, you will need to provide a street address in order for it to ship.
